Determination of Palladium(Ⅱ) by Oxidation-Reduction Fading Colour Reaction

  • In the presence of nitroso-rsalt,Palladium(Ⅱ) reacts with crystal violet wherewith to take oxidation-reduction fading colour reaction.The apparent absorptivity was found at 590 nm.In the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mg/L,Palladium(Ⅱ) obeyed Beer's law.The linear regression equation was ΔA=0.455C+0.0032(Where C is mg/L of Palladium(Ⅱ)),r=0.9990.The RSD for the determination of 1.0 mg/L of Palladium(Ⅱ) was 7.8‰(n=8).The detection limits of method was 9.490×10-5 mg/L.
