Simultaneous Determination of Five Sulfonamides and Three Tetracyclines In Animal Source Food by High Performance Liquid Chromatograpy

  • A HPLC simultaneous determination method for antibiotics residuals of five sulfonamides(SAs) and three tetracyclines(TCs) in animal source food was reported.The target compounds were firstly extracted;then enriched and cleared up by solid phase extrac columns.Using HPLC separation,SAs and TCs was detected.The qualification analysis was done by using retention time and PDA spectrum analysis.At the spiked level 20,50,100 μg/kg respectively,the average recovery for the 5 SAs and 3 TCs was 70%~92%,variation coefficients were under 15%.Routine test showed that the method was simple,fast and sensitive,particular for the simultaneous determination of SAs and TCs in animal source food.
