Abstract:
A method for the simultaneous determination of fructose,glucose and sucrose in red jujube was established by using a high performance liquid chromatograph with a differential detector. The average recoveries of the method for fructose, glucose and sucrose determination in spiked red jujube samples were 93.5%,91.8% and 89.8% with the variation coefficient ranged from 3.27%,2.34%,5.86% respectively.The results showed that the established method is simple and fast in the determination of fructose, and glucose, and sucrose in red jujube.
