Abstract:
A procedure has been developed for the determination of soluble lead、cadmium、antimony in enamel food contact materials by the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method. The concentration was determined using an internal standard method, different concentrations of the immersing solution, immersing time and the number of times were studied. The detection limit were 0.007,0.35 and 0.07 μg/L, with RSD 0.31%,0.87% and 0.29% for cadmium, antimony and lead, respectively the recoveries were in the range of 78.1%~104.4%. The fast, simple method with good accuracy and precision can be used for the routine test for import and export enamel products.
