Abstract:
A method for the simultaneous determination of potassium acetyl-sulfamate, soluble saccharin, benzoic acid and sorbic acidin wine has been firstly developed using high performance liquid chromatography. After the removal of ethanol on a water bath, the sample was volumed with the methanol + ammonium acetate(3:7,
V/V) mobile phase. The four analytes were eluted by isogradient on an PACKING FUJI SPS100 C
18 (250 × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column using methanol and ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase. Good linearities were achieved with R
2≥0.9999 for all analytes in the concentrations of 1.0 to 100 μg/mL.The recoveries were in the range of 88.4% to 99.8% with RSD% in the range of 0.12% to 1.84 %.The detection limits of 4 analytes reached 1.0 μg/mL. The method is accurate, rapid , sensitive, has good reproducibility and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of additives in wine. Moreover, the method can meet the requirements for the determination of additives in foods and can provide an alternative way for the wine quality monitoring.
