Exploration of Chemical Phase Analysis of Gold Ore by Selective Solvents

  • 摘要: 运用碘-碘化钾氨性溶液作为裸露及半裸露包裹金的选择性溶剂,硫代硫酸钠-亚硫酸钠溶液作碳酸盐包裹金的选择性溶剂,以及溴素-氯化钠溶液作硫化矿包裹金的选择性溶剂进行实验探索. 使用国家标准物质GBW07190对方法进行评价,并对该标准物质中其他矿物中金(AAu)的这一相态做了更详细的分离,测定了其中的碳酸盐包裹金、褐铁矿包裹金、黄铁矿包裹金,石英和硅酸盐包裹金的含量. 火焰原子吸收法测定金的检出限是0.05×10-6;石墨炉原子吸收法测定金的检出限是0.3

     

    Abstract: Iodine-potassium iodide ammonia solution has been used as the selective solvent for the nudity and semi-nudity inclusion gold, sodium thiosulfate-anhydrous sodium sulfate solution as the selective solvent of the carbonate inclusion gold, and bromine chloride solution as the selective solvent of the sulfide ore inclusion gold. The national standard substances GBW07190 are used to evaluate this method, and more detail separation on other minerals in the standard substances of gold phase was made by the determination of the content of carbonate package gold, limonite package gold, pyrite package gold, quartz and silicate package gold. Using this method,the detection limit of gold by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.05×10-6, the detection limit of gold by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.30×10-9. The RSD was 0.29%~11.6%,RE was 0.11%~8.40%. Experiments show that, this method is suitable for all kinds of phase separation of golden minerals, and can further draw fine distinctions among the various modes of occurrence of gold, the results are satisfactory. The method can also meet the practical need for deposit belts and ore dressing test.
