Abstract:
Iodine-potassium iodide ammonia solution has been used as the selective solvent for the nudity and semi-nudity inclusion gold, sodium thiosulfate-anhydrous sodium sulfate solution as the selective solvent of the carbonate inclusion gold, and bromine chloride solution as the selective solvent of the sulfide ore inclusion gold. The national standard substances GBW07190 are used to evaluate this method, and more detail separation on other minerals in the standard substances of gold phase was made by the determination of the content of carbonate package gold, limonite package gold, pyrite package gold, quartz and silicate package gold. Using this method,the detection limit of gold by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.05×10
-6, the detection limit of gold by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.30×10
-9. The RSD was 0.29%~11.6%,RE was 0.11%~8.40%. Experiments show that, this method is suitable for all kinds of phase separation of golden minerals, and can further draw fine distinctions among the various modes of occurrence of gold, the results are satisfactory. The method can also meet the practical need for deposit belts and ore dressing test.
