熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定铬铁矿中铬、铁、硫等10种主次量组分

Determination of Chromium, Iron, Sulfur and Other 10 Major and Minor Elements in Chromite Ores by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用混合熔剂、熔融玻璃片制样,以适量的NH4NO3为氧化剂、Li2CO3为保护剂,有效抑制了硫元素的挥发. 使用ZSX Primus ⅡX射线荧光光谱仪测试了铬铁矿样品中的主量组分(Cr2O3、TFe)及8个次量组分(SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、TiO2、P2O5、MnO、S). 方法快速、简便、准确. 用标准物质试样和不同方法进行验证,分析结果与标准值和化学值相吻合,可有效应用于实际科研与生产工作.

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of Cr2O3,TFe,SiO2,CaO,MgO,Al2O3,TiO2,P2O5,MnO and S in chromite ore by using a ZSX Primus Ⅱ X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with a fusion preparation technique has been developed.In the method, a mixed flux, with NH4NO3 as an oxidant and Li2CO3 as the protecting agent is used, which effectively inhibits the volatilization of sulfur element.The method is rapid,simple,accurate,the results matched with the standard values and the chemical values. It can be effectively used in the actual productive and research work.
