Abstract:
The characteristics and application of some instrumental analysis methods such as: NMR,XPS,FT-IR,Raman, TA etc., in the study of the structure and composition of the coke deposited on catalysts are summarized. Modern instrumental analysis methods play an important role in the study of the coke residue and different methods have their own characteristics. In the application of a concrete catalyst surface coke analysis, disadvantages and advantages should be considered so as to determine the optimal methods. With the continuous development and improvement of analytical instruments, instrumental analysis methods will play a more and more important role in the catalyst coke research and analysis.
