Abstract:
Head-space gas-chromatography method was used for the determination of aniline in soil samples. Experiment conditions such as the kinds, and amounts salts and head space temperature were optimized. When 2.5 g of NaOH is added and the head-space temperature is 80 ℃,aniline has a good response linearity in the range of 0.05~2.50 mg/kg. The detection limit is 0.007 mg/kg. The spiked recovery is larger than 80% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) is lower than 6.0%. The method is simple and fast and is suitable for the determination of aniline in soil samples.
