Abstract:
The polysaccharide contents of rootstocks and leaves of Anoectochilus roburghii(Wall.) Lindl (A. roburghii) in different producing areas have been investigated. Ultrasonic method and microwave-ultrasonic synergistic extraction methods were used to extract polysaccharides from A. roburghii. rootstocks and leaves and polysaccharide contents was determined using the phenol-sulfuric acid method. The microwave-ultrasonic synergistic extraction method is superior to ultrasonic-assistant extraction. The polysaccharides content of A. roburghii of the rootstock part is higher than that of the leat part, and A. roburghii of Fujian Huaan areas has the highest polysaccharide content. The polysaccharide content of A. roburghii, 0.8509% to 6.400%, is worth to exploit as a medicine.
