Abstract:
A method for the simultaneous determination of fourteen organic phosphorus pesticide residues in food by gas chromatography is established. The samples is dissolved in acetonitrile, in a high-speed homogenizer, using oscillation extraction, centrifuge enrichment to constant volume, and qualitative and quantitative gas chromatography external standard methods. Dichlorvos and other 14 organic phosphorus pesticides were well separated in a DB-1701 capillary column. At a concentration of 0.05~2.00 mg/L a good linear relationship was obtained. The correlation coefficient r was 0.99~1.00, with a detection limit within 0.01~0.08 mg/ kg. When the spiked samples were 0.100, 0.500, 1.000 mg/kg, the recoveries were withwin 71.2%~113.1%, and the relative standard deviations, within 2.2%~6.9%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, and suitable for the general routine inspection.
