Abstract: A simply and rapid method has been established for the determination of durene residue in vegetables by solid-phase extraction and GC-MS．The sample was extracted with acetonitrile，and cleaned up on a Florisil column，and detected by the internal standard method with GC-MS.The lowest detectable concentration in samples was 0.005 mg／kg．Samples recoveries ranged from 810%~110.0%．The coeficients of variation was 1.03%~3.89%.
