气相色谱-离子阱二级质谱测定茶叶中的亚胺硫磷、噻嗪酮和哒螨灵

Determination of Buprofezin, Fosmet and Pyridaben in Tea by Gas Chromatography-Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了一种基于气相色谱-离子阱二级质谱(GC-MS/MS) 检测茶叶中亚胺硫磷、噻嗪酮和哒螨灵残留量的方法.样品采用乙腈提取后经活性炭小柱净化,浓缩,定容后上机分析.采用HP-5MS毛细管柱分离,电子轰击电离源二级质谱监测模式检测,外标法定量.方法的线性关系良好(R不低于0.9970),检出限在0.01 ~0.02 mg/kg之间,3种农药添加回收率在92.0%~115.0%之间,RSD在3.0%~9.3%,方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可作为茶叶中3种农药残留量的同时测定方法.

     

    Abstract: A qualitative and quantitative analytical method was developed for the determination of buprofezin, fosmet and pyridaben by solid phase extraction on gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry in tea. The separation and quantitative analysis of 3 pesticides was performed by the gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry. The results showed that recoveries of 3 pesticides ranged from 92.0% to 115.0%. The detection limits were in the range of 0.01~0.02 mg/kg. The method is simple, and is of high efficiency and sensitivity for the simultaneous determination of buprofezin, fosmet and pyridaben in tea sample.
