Determination of Free Amino Acids in Precious Substances of Anoectochilus Roxburghiiby Anion Chromatography-Integral Pulse Ampere

  • 摘要: 目的:定性及定量分析珍稀药材金线莲中的游离氨基酸.方法:将高效阴离子交换色谱-积分脉冲安培检测法应用于珍稀药材金线莲游离氨基酸的分析测定.结果:17种氨基酸的检出限在0.23~3.37 pmol之间,峰面积校正曲线的线性范围为2~3个数量级,5次平行测定的峰面积的相对标准偏差RSD在0.96%~4.2%之间.结论:方法适用于药材金线莲中氨基酸含量的测定,结果良好.干燥金线莲药材的加入回收率分别在88.9%~108.0%之间.

     

    Abstract: Objective:The qualitative and quantitative determination of free amino acids in precious medicinal material Anoectochilus roxburghii.Method: The anion chromatography-integral pulse ampere method is used in the qualitative and quantitative determination of free amino acids in precious medicinal material Anoectochilus roxburghii.Results: The limits of detection (IOD) for 17 amino acids fell between 0.23~3.37 pmol, the linearity range of peak area calibration curve (profile) was the order of 2-3 and RSDs for five determinations were 0.96%~4.2%.Conclusion: This method is applicable to the determination of free amino acids in the medicinal material Anoectochilus roxburghii with good results. And the recovery of dried Anoectochilus roxburghii was 88.9%~108.0%.
