气相色谱法测定羟乙基乙二胺中的乙二胺含量

Determination of Ethylenediamine in 2-(2-Aminoethylamino)Ethanol by Gas Chromatography

摘要: 采用毛细管气相色谱内标法测定羟乙基乙二胺中的乙二胺含量.结果表明，乙二胺在0.1~2.0 mg/mL范围内的线性关系良好(r=0.9997)，检出限为0.02 mg/mL，方法的精密度RSD为1.7%（n=6）,加标回收率在95%~101%.

Abstract: Ethylenediamine in 2-(2- Aminoethylamino) ethanol was determined by capillary gas chromatography with internal standard method. The results showed that calibration curves presented good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~2.0 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/mL.The relative standard deviation （RSD）of the method was 1.7%（n=6）.The recovery achieved 95%~101%.
