Abstract:
Cigarettes were extracted by the solution with dichloromethane as the solvent and 2-phenlethy propionate as the internal standard, then the extracted liquid was purified by solid-phase extracted column, Perillartine in cigarettes was quantitatively determined by GC/MS. The detectable limit of the method was about 0.11 μg/g, and the quantitative limit was about 0.36μg/g, the average recovery of perillartine was 95.53% and RSD was 1.89%. The contents of perillartine in ten cigarettes were also determined by the method.
