Abstract:
The root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample were ashed, ignited and the residue was dissolved with HNO<
3. The amounts of Pb and Cd in the sample were determined by FAAS. Interrelated coefficients of Pb and Cd standard curve were 0.998 4 and 0.993 8 respectively. RSD were in the range of 0.26%~1.38%, and recoveries in the range of 99.3%~101.2%. The result showed that concentrations of Pb in the root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample exceeded the limited standards of China.
