酸枣仁中总黄酮的含量测定研究

Study on the Total Flavonoids Content of Seed of Common Jujube

摘要: 试验以亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝与氢氧化钠作为显色剂，用紫外分光光度法测定酸枣仁中黄酮类化合物的含量，该法测得芦丁对照品溶液浓度在0.8~6.4 mg/L范围内线性关系良好，其线性方程为Y＝0.0953X+0.2081(r²=0.9995).平均回收率为98.59%，RSD=1.04%(n=6).结果说明该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好，为酸枣仁的定量分析提供一个可选择的新方法.

Abstract: The total flavonoids content of seed of common jujube was determined by UV spectrophtomotry，NaNO₂，Al(NO₃)₃ and NaOH was chosen as the reagent and rutine as a reference standard．The concentration was linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.8~6.4 mg/L，the equation of linear regressin wasY＝0.0953X+0.2081(r₂=0.9995).The everage reeovery was 98.59%，and RSD was 1.04％(n=6)．The results show that this method is accurate，sensitive and reproducible. And it proved to be feasible for evaluating the quality of seed of common jujube．
