Abstract:
A HPLC method for determination of ginsenosides including R
g1、R
e、R
b1、R
b2、R
g2、R
d in panax japonicus C.A.Mey was reported. HPLC analysis was performed on a C
18 reversed-phase column (5 μm 、4.6 mm×250 mm)using mobile phase of acetonitrile and water mixture under gradient elution.Ginsenosides Rg1、Re、Rd in a bath of chilkusetsusaponin extract were tested .The contents of R
g1、R
e、R
d were 0.81% , 0.15%,2.99% respectively and the recovery was 93.46%~94.02%. Both sides relative standard deriations were less than 5%. This method is simple, sensitivity, reproducibility and can be used for the determination of ginsenosides in panax japonicus C.A.Mey by HPLC.
