高效液相色谱法测定镇咳药中左旋羟基苯哌嗪含量

Determination of Levodropopizine in Anti-tussive Drug by HPLC

摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定镇咳药中左旋羟基苯哌嗪含量的方法，运用二极管阵列检测器(PAD)，C18反相柱，以甲醇∶水（冰醋酸HAc调节pH值为6.5）∶三乙胺（TEA）(30∶70∶0.5,V/V/V),为流动相测定了3批镇咳药（利咳净糖浆）中左旋羟基苯哌嗪的含量分别为5 772.6、5 809.2、5 833.2 μg/mL，变异系数小于2%，回收率为99.1%～100.2%.该方法快速，精密度及准确度在允许范围内，可作为镇咳药中左旋羟基苯哌嗪的测定方法.

Abstract: A HPLC method for determination of Levodropopizine in anti-tussive drug was reported, The sample was analyzed on a C18 reversed-phase column (5 μm, 200×4.6 mm) with a isogradient mobile of methanol: water(HAC adjest pH=6.5): TEA(30∶70∶0.5,V/V/V). Levodropopizine in 3 baths Levodropropizine Syrup was tested .The contents of LDP were 5 772.6、5 809.2、5 833.2 μg/mL respectively, variation coefficient was less than 2%, and the recovery was 92.51%~99.30%.This method is simple, sensitivity, reproducibility and can be used for the determination of LDP in anti-tussive drug.
