Abstract:
Some reactions of the distillation region in the burning process of cigarette are simulated with thermodesorption System (TDS) to treat the powder of cigarette cut tobacco at quickly heating rate. The components are collected with cold trap and analyzed quantitatively with GC/MS. A total of more than 100 components, including organic acid, saturated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, alkene, compounds containing N and O, are identified. 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, dibutyl ester, which is a typical chemical pollutant in environment, is found in the process of cigarette cut tobacco burning too.
