HPLC-ELSD测定茜芷胶囊中三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁及Rb₁的含量

摘要: 利用HPLC-ELSD对茜芷胶囊中的活性成分三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁和Rb₁的含量进行测定.三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁及Rb₁分别在0.13~2.60、0.30~6.00、0.38~7.60μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.0%(RSD1.7%),97.1%(RSD1.8%),97.0%(RSD1.5%).该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于茜芷胶囊的质量控制.

Abstract: The content of ginsenoside Rg₁,Rb₁ and Notoginsenoside R₁ were dertermined by HPLC-ELSD.Ginsenoside Rg₁,Rb₁ and Notoginsenoside R₁ showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.13~2.60,0.30~6.00,0.38~7.60 μg,respectivly.The average recovery was 98.0%(RSD1.7%),97.1%(RSD1.8%),97.0%(RSD1.5%),respectivly.The proposed method is simple,efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Qianzhi Capsules.
