D3,α-VE,γ-VE,δ-VE is 0.08,2.3,0.16,0.19,0.28 ng respectively and the recovery rate is 90.2%~98.2%,91.2%~103%,92.7%~99.5%,92.6%~97.4%,90.7%~98.0% respectively.This method is characterized by high specificity and sensitivity,compared with the UV detection.
