Abstract:
A Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method was established for rapid determination of the content of NS-3 corrosion inhibitor in the electric desalting and decalcifying process.The results were analyzed on an RP-18 column using acetonitrile-CH
2Cl
2=9:1((V/V)) as the mobile phase and UV-detected at 300 nm.The results show that in the range of 100~900 mg/kg,the area and the content is in a well linear correlation(
r=0.9999,RSD and RD%2.0%(
n=8)).Using CH
2Cl
2 as the extractant agent,the average recovery is 100%±2%,and the detection limit is 0.75 mg/kg.At the same time,this method also has the simple,rapid,well repeat,etc.advantages.
