用GC-MS法观察3个不同产地山茱萸的挥发油成分

GC-MSAnalysis of Volatile Oils of Cornus in Different Producing Areas

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)研究3个不同产地山茱萸果肉的挥发油成分.结果发现主要成分有差异,河南和山西产山茱萸挥发油的主要成分有棕榈酸(12.60、17.17)、十八碳二烯酸(10.28、3.94)、十八碳三烯酸(14.30、6.03),而在陕西产山茱萸挥发油中不存在这3种成分;河南和陕西产山茱萸挥发油中有很多酰胺类、酯类化合物;山西产山茱萸挥发油中的特殊成分是1-乙酰基-4,6,8-三甲基甘菊环.3产地山茱萸果肉挥发油中共有成分为1,2,4 a,5,6,8 a-六氢-4,7,-二甲基-1-异丙基萘、a-杜松醇、1,4-二甲基-6-异丙基萘、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、7-羟基卡达烯.

     

    Abstract: The volatile oil of Cornus from three plantations was studied by GC-MS.The result shows there are differences among the main components.The main components of the sample from Henan and Shanxi are n-Hexadecanoic acid(12.60,17.17),Octadecadienoic acid(10.28,3.94),Octadecatrienoi acid(14.30,6.03),but these three components don't exist in the sample from Shanxi;There are large amount of(amines) and esters in the samples from Henan and Shanxi;1-Acetyl-4,6,8-trimethylazulene is the special component of the sample from Shanxi.The same components of the three samples are Naphthalene,1,2,4a,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-methylethyl--,alpha-Cadinol,6-Isopropyl-1,4-dimethylnaphthalene,1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis2-methylethylester,7-Hydroxycadalene.
