Abstract:
Catalyst samples were digested in a microwave digestion system.Orthogonal design of 4 factors(temperature, time, power, and amount of acid) at 2 levels and distinct analysis experiment were applied for microwave digestion condition. The optimum parameters for microwave digestion were determined in the end.As a result,a simple,cost-effective,time-effective and environment-friendly method,microwave-AAS,for the determination of copper, iron, nickel, sodium in catalyst was obtained, respectively. The relative standard deviation(
n=5) is less than 2.3% for copper,2.9% for iron,2.0% for nickel and 2.3% for sodium, respectively. The recovery is 95.9%~104.7% for copper,96.1%~104.1% for iron,97.0%~103.8% for nickel and 96.5%~104.6% for sodium, respectively. The relative standard deviation and recovery are better than conventional methods.
