ICP-AES Determination of Poly-trace Elements in the White spirit

  • 摘要: 利用全谱直读建立了白酒中12种微量元素的测定方法.对白酒的消化方法、元素分析谱线的选择、背景校正及扣除元素间干扰、仪器分析参数等因素进行了研究,综合确定了最佳试验条件.试验表明测定元素的回收率在93%~109%之间.

     

    Abstract: The assay and determination method for the 12 trace elements of the white spirit is fixed by making use of the ICP-AES, of which, the optimum analysis conditions are comprehensively determined by way of the research of the factors such as the digestion way of the white spirit, the analysis parameters of the apparatus, the deduction of the interference among the elements, the background correction and the selection of the element spectral lines etc.. The proposed method shows that the recovery for the 12 elements is in the range between 93% to 109%.
