Abstract: Subject and methed: study of Chromatography Fingerprint(CFP) of Dahuang. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a Hypersil ODS column with Methanol-1.0%HAC gradient elution. CFP was referenced to emodin,rhein,physcion,aloe-emodin and chrysophanol,then contents of those were determinted, determination wavelength 430nm. Result: 23 common peaks were pointed out and five peaks of those peaks were referenced, their similarity of 12 samples were more than 90%. Conclusion: The handling of samples were simple, the method on chromatography Fingerprint of Dahuang were reliable, good repetition and their similarity accorded with demand on "the technology guide to experiment studies on chromatography Fingerprint of injection of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)", issued by the nation pharmacopoeial commission.
