毛细管色谱法测定苯类产品馏程

Determination of Distillation Range of Benzene and Substitute Benzene by Capillary Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用毛细管色谱法,以OV-101石英毛细管色谱柱为分离柱1,用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)和面积归一法计算出各影响苯类产品馏程的杂质百分含量,通过建立馏程与杂质百分含量关系式,建立了用毛细管色谱法测定杂质百分含量代替测定苯类产品馏程的国家标准方法GB/T314682(色谱法)2中的峰高,方法测得的馏程数据与GB/T3146-82(色谱法)的测定值相一致,且操作简便,分析时间短

     

    Abstract: The determination method of percent content of the impurity influencing distillation range of benzene and substitute benzene was completed by capillary gas chromatography with OV-101 fused silica capillary column and flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The relationship between the boiling range of distillations and the percent contents of impurities in the distillations was established. The determination method of impurities can instead of measuring peak height in GB/T 3146-82 standard method and its procedure is faster and simpler than the standard method.
