氧氟沙星选择性电极的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 氧氟沙星是一种新型广谱抗菌素类药物,其含量测定的标准方法是高效液相色谱法,用离子选择性电极测定氧氟沙星的方法尚未见报道.以氧氟沙星与四苯硼酸根形成的缔合物为电活性物质首次研制了一种氧氟沙星PVC膜涂层玻璃电极,用于氧氟沙星制剂的测定.实验表明,该电极的Nernst响应范围为5.0×10-5~5.0×10-3mol/L;斜率为51.8mV/pC;该电极制作方法简单,响应迅速,重现性好,用于氧氟沙星注射液和口服胶囊的测定,所得结果与高效液相色谱法一致.Abstract: The ofloxacin selective electrode prepared by coating the mixture of ofloxacin and sodium tetraphenylboron association complex with PVC membrane on a glass electrode is reported. The electrode gaved Nernst response to ofloxacin over the concentration range of 5.0×10-3~5.0×10-5 mol/L with a slope of 51.8 mV/pC. The electrode showed a high selectivity and fast response. It has been used for the determination of ofloxacin in ofloxacin injection and capsule. The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those of high performance liquid chromatography.
