Abstract:
A method for determination the content of arsenic in sorbitol solution by the technology of microwave digestion and hydride generation—atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The optimum analytical conditions in microwave digestion and hydride generation were examined. Under these conditions, the determination limit was 0.22 ng/mL with the linear range of 0~80 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation of 10 determination was 1.64%~2.16%, and the recovery rate was 94.8%~102.2%. The results have no marked difference compared with national standard wet decomposition.
