应用动态图形分析仪对失血性休克大鼠生理参数的处理

Quantitative Analysis of Physiological Targets in Ischemia Shock Rat by Dynamic State Chart Analyzer

  • 摘要: 为评价动态图形分析仪对休克动物定量分析的可行性,应用其对SD休克大鼠相关生理参数及肠系膜微循环进行了动态研究.第一次放血后的大鼠相关指标分别变化如下:血压(BP)从115.40±10.50mmHg(1mmHg=133.322Pa)下降至60.10±2.70mmHg;血液流速(V)由1135.40±11.25mm/s减慢为989.23±7.32mm/s;小血管口径(D)从120.00±2.14μm缩小为79.13±1.18μm;镜下血管数目由每视野8根变为4根;中心静脉压(CVP)7.00±0.07mmHg降至6.80±4.00mmHg;血液流态由线流改为线粒流.待BP回升或接近正常后第二次放血,则BP由108.50±5.50mmHg降至40.40±3.20mmHg;CVP由7.15±0.01mmHg升至9.66±0.02mmHg;V值由76.50±23.60mm/s减慢为36.72±10.20mm/s;D值由60.50±8.12μm增加为75.20±9.65μm,且镜下血管数目增加,流态呈现粒流并出现摆流.回输两次所抽血液后BP短时增高,其余指标无明显变化.

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the feasibility of quantitative analysis of shock by dynamic state chart analyzer,a research of the physiological targets in ischemia shock SD rat was made.The results showed that after the first bleeding, BP decreased from 115.40±10.50 to 60.10±2.70 mmHg;velocity(V)slowed down from 1 135.40±11.25 to 989.23±7.32 mm per second;caliber of the small blood vessel(D)reduced from 120.00±2.14 to 79.13±1.18 μm;number(N)abated from 8 to 4 per visualrange;the pressure of central vein(CVP)descended from 7. 00±0.07 to 6.80±4.00 mmHg and blood changed its flowing state from line-like to line or grain-like.When BP has ascended to normal or so,the second bleeding was made.After that the indexes had changed as folows;BP from 108.50±5.50 to 40.40±3.20 mmHg;CVP 7.15±0.01 to 9.66±0.02 mmHg;V 76.50±23.60 to 36.72±10.20 mm per second;D 60.50±8.12 to 75.20±9.65 μm,Nincreasing and sloppy flowing could beseen.After all the blood had been returned,BP had increased temporarily,but other indexes had no change.
