异硫氰酸荧光素荧光猝灭法测定痕量碘酸根

A Fluorescence Quenching Method for the Determination of Iodate with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate

  • 摘要: 碘酸根与碘离子反应生成游离碘使异硫氰酸荧光素的荧光猝灭,λex为487nm,λem为517nm,碘酸根含量在2~8μg/L范围内与荧光猝灭程度有良好线性关系,检测限为0.74μg/L.该法灵敏度高,操作简便,用于含碘食盐中微量碘酸根的测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: A highly sensitive and simple fluorescence quenching method has been developed to determine the iodate(IO3-)with fluorescein isothiocyanate as the fluorescent reagent (λex=487 nm,λem=517 nm).IO3- reacts with potassium iodide giving iodine(I2)which then reacts with fluorescein isothiocyanate to produce a non-fluo-rescent compound,thus the fluorescence intensity of the system is quenched.The linear calibration range is 2~8μg/L.The detection limit for IO3- is 0.74μg/L.The proposed method has been used to determine iodate in table salts with satisfactory results.
