摘要: 利用XPS测定了黄酮类化合物中苯氧原子、酚氧原子、醇氧原子、醚氧原子以及羰基氧原子Ols的结合能,它们分别为533.85eV、533.10eV、532.55eV、532.15eV和531.25eV.

Abstract: The binding energy of oxygen atoms in different compounds are determined by XPS.The binding energy of the phenyl-oxygenic atom,phenolic-oxygenic atom,alcohol-oxygenic atom,aether-oxygenic atom and carbonyl-oxygenic atom are 533.85eV,533.10eV,532.55 eV,532.15 eV and 531.25eV,respectively.
