子种绿A与锡反应分光光度法测定痕量锡

A Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Trace Tin Based on the Tin-Alphazurine A Reaction

  • 摘要: 探讨了在氨性介质中子种绿A(C37H35N2O6S2Na)染料与锡(IV)反应形成离子缔合物的最佳条件,建立了测定痕量锡的新方法.子种绿A-Sn(IV)缔合物的最大吸收波长位于630nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε630=1.7×106L/(mol·cm),锡浓度在0~80ug/L范围内遵守比耳定律.用于水样与罐头食品分析,结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: The Tin reacts with alphazurine A (C37H35N2O6S2Na) in NH3 medium to form an ionic associate. The optimum condition influencing the reaction have been predicted. A new method for the determination of trace ions was developed. The alphazurine A Sn(IV) ion association complex exhibits maximum absorption at 630 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.7×106 L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~80 μg/L for Sn(IV). The proposed method has been used for the determination of Sn(IV) in water and canned food with satisfactory results.
