Abstract:
Base on the established extractive method of the components from the high or low quality of VENENUM BUFONIS, the applying effect identified by capillary GC, FTIR and UV were studied systematically. The volatile and semi-volatile (b. p. low 240℃) compounds were extracted by H
2SO
4 bath. The characteristic capillary GC peaks were established with different kinds of capillary GC column or different GC condition. The identified feasibility of the high or low quality of VENENUM BUFONIS was studied emphatically using the characteristic peak of the heat extractive components. The identified method of low or high quality of VENENUM BUFONIS was established.
