环境模拟样品中多环芳烃的超临界流体萃取I.利用正交设计选择最佳萃取条件

Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons from Simulated Environment Samples Ⅰ.Optimum Supercritical Fluid Extraction Condition by Cross Design

  • 摘要: 采用正交设计实验方法,研究了从环境模拟样品中超临界流体萃取(SFE)多环芳烃(PAH)的最佳萃取条件.着重考察了超临界流体的压力、温度和用量等对萃取效率的影响.结果表明,压力的影响居第一位,温度影响次之,超临界CO2的用量的影响居第三位.建立了选择超临界流体萃取条件的简单方法.

     

    Abstract: The optimum supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) conditions of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) were studied by crossed design experiments.The effects of different operating factors including the pressure, the temperature and volume of the liquid CO2 used on the recovery of PAHs by SFE were investigated.The accuracy of the optimized condition was determined by a simulated environmental sample.The SFE results indicated that the optimum SFE condition could be obtained by the cross design experiments and the method could be used for the analysis of the organic pollutants from the environmntal sample.
