摘要: 分析了χ射线衍射仪循环水冷却系统、χ射线管、水流继电器、水压继电器、水泵等常见故障的起因、现象及检修判定方法,提出了日常维护应注意的问题.

Abstract: This paper deals with the routine maintenance and repair of the water circulating system of the D/MAX-A,B,C powder X-ray diffractometer. The main points for routine maintenance of X-ray diffractometer are suggested.
