摘要: 利用电子显微镜分析研究了SiCw/6061Al复合材料的界面相.电子衍射分析表明,SiCw/6061Al中界面相为体心立方结构,点阵常数为1.28nm.用X-射线能谱仪测定了界面相的化学成分.

Abstract: The interfacial phase in SiCw/6061Al composite was investigated using an analytical electron microscope.The interfacial phase in SiCw/6061Al composite was identified by electron diffration analysis to be a body centered cubic phase with a lattice parameter of 1.28 nm. The chemical composition of the interfacial phase was analyzed by EDAX.
