液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪测定地表水中的砷形态

Determination of Arsenic Specition in Surface Water Using Liquid Chromatography-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 建立液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪(LC-AFS)同时对地表水中三价砷As(III)、二甲基砷(DMA)、一甲基砷(MMA)、五价砷As(V) 4种砷形态的测定方法. 以10 mmol/L磷酸氢二铵水溶液为流动相,样品通过0.45 μm水系微孔滤膜过滤后,经阴离子色谱柱进行4种砷形态分离,原子荧光进行定性和定量. 结果表明:在质量浓度为0~100 μg/L范围内,4种砷形态线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999. As(III)、DMA、MMA、As(V)的检出限分别为0.31、0.41、0.53和0.81 μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.01%~3.83%(n=6)范围内,加标回收率在90.41%~105.90%范围内. 方法简便易行、精密度好,可用于地表水中4种砷形态含量的测定.

     

    Abstract: A method for the simultaneous determination of arsenite As(III), dimethyl arsenic (DMA), monomethyl arsenic (MMA) and arsenate As(V) in surface water using liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometer (LC-AFS) was established. With 10 mmol/L diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution as the mobile phase, the samples were filtered through 0.45 μm aqueous microporous filter membrane, and 4 arsenic specition were separated by an anion chromatographic column, qualitative and quantitative analysis were achieved using atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the linearity of the 4 arsenic specition were good in the range of 0~100 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The limits of detection of As(III), DMA, MMA, and As(V) were 0.31, 0.41, 0.53, and 0.81 μg/L respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 1.01%~3.83% (n=6). The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.41%~105.90%. The method is simple and easy to implement, highly accurate, and can be used for the determination 4 arsenic specition in surface water.
