Pickering乳液模板法构筑多孔材料及其对双酚A吸附性能的研究

Development of Porous Material by Pickering Emulsion Template Method for Efficient Adsorption of Bisphenol A

  • 摘要: 采用Pickering乳液模板法制备多孔聚合物材料,具有方法简单、孔径可调等优点. 以凹凸棒石为稳定粒子,表面活性剂协同稳定,菜籽油为油相制备Pickering高内相乳液,用所制备的Pickering乳液聚合制得多孔聚合物材料. 材料具有丰富的大孔、小孔结构和表面功能基团. 通过评价吸附质的溶液体系pH值、初始浓度及吸附剂与吸附质溶液的接触时间,探究其吸附性能. 结果表明,多孔材料对双酚A的最大吸附量为129.08 mg/g,25 min内即可达到吸附饱和,吸附速率较快,且材料可多次循环使用.

     

    Abstract: Preparation of porous polymer materials by Pickering emulsion template method has the advantages of simple preparation and adjustable pore size. The Pickering high internal phase emulsion was prepared by using attapulgite as stabilizing particle, surfactant co-stabilizing and rapeseed oil as oil phase. The porous polymer material was prepared by polymerization of Pickering emulsion. The prepared materials had abundant macropore and micropore structures and surface functional groups. The adsorption properties were investigated by evaluating the pH value, the initial concentration of adsorbent and the contact time between adsorbent and adsorbent solution. The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of the porous material for bisphenol A was 129.08 mg/g, the adsorption saturation reached within 25 min, and the adsorption rate was fast. Besides, the material has a good repeatability.
