Abstract: The Laboratories play a crucial role in providing accurate, unambiguous, and objective results in the form of test reports, calibration certificates, or sampling reports. It is imperative that all reports are maintained as technical records. In order to alleviate the stress of testers due to the cumbersome process of issuing test reports, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was used as a development tool to build a software for the automatic preparation of analysis and test reports through Visual Basic (VB) manipulation of Excel data, which can quickly and accurately prepare analysis and test reports. The data obtained from the instrumentation is copied and pasted in Excel, without the need to dump it through the database, ensured the reliability of the report preparation program operation. The program significantly improves the efficiency of report generation, standardizes the analysis report format, and facilitates archiving and retention to ensure its traceability.
