Co3O4/CeO2复合电极材料的制备与超级电容器电化学性能研究

Preparation and Study on Electrochemical Performance of Co3O4/CeO2 Supercapacitor Electrode Materials

  • 摘要: 利用六水合硝酸铈、六水合硝酸钴和尿素通过水热法合成麦叶状Co3O4/CeO2复合电极材料,对其进行电化学性能分析,发现Co3O4/CeO2复合电极材料具有良好的电化学可逆性和功率特性,且其电容特性和大电流放电特性也很优越,是理想的超级电容器材料.

     

    Abstract: The wheat-leaf Co3O4/CeO2 composite electrode material has been synthesized through a hydrothermal method using cerium nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and urea. And its electrochemical performance were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the Co3O4/CeO2 composite electrode material has good electrochemical reversibility and power characteristics, and its capacitive characteristics and high-current discharge characteristics are also superior, making it an ideal supercapacitor material.
