Abstract:
The contents of cadmium, lead, copper and chromium in agricultural products were determined by the direct solid injection graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (SS-GFAAS). Through the comparison and verification of reference materials, quality control samples and by using the microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the relative standard deviation RSD of less than 10%, and the detection limits of each element method of less than 25 pg were obtained. The method has the advantages of simple operation, environment friendly, good repeatability, accurate result and low detection limit, which can meet the detection requirements of agricultural products.
