电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锌铝镁合金中铝、镁含量

Determination of Al, Mg Contents in Zinc Aluminum Magnesium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线和镧元素作内标校正来消除基体效应和仪器漂移的影响, 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定锌铝镁合金中铝、镁元素的分析方法. 将方法应用于锌铝镁合金试样的测定, 结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.86%~2.13%之间, 加标回收率为96.4%~99.6%. 并与化学分析方法进行了比对, 两种方法测定值吻合较好.

     

    Abstract: The calibration curve was prepared by the matrix matching method and La was used as the internal standard for calibration to eliminate the influence of matrix effect and instrument drift. The determination method of Al, Mg contents in zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was set up. The method was applied to the determination of zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy sample, the relatively standard deviations were between 0.86% and 2.13%, and the recoveries were between 96.4% and 99.6%. Compared with the chemical analysis method, the results were in good agreement.
