Abstract: The large scale equipment is the important resources of universities, and the important support for education and scientific research. How to improve the rate of utilization and develop the scientific value of the equipment is a challenge for every facility managers. Combining the practice of the Experimental Center of the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University, a high-quality, more efficient, and more convenient management mode is demonstrate. Traditional network technology and social communication tool are used to achieve the above goals.
