Determination of Metal Elements in Disposable Infusion by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时快速测定一次性使用输液器中的铬、铜、镉、锡、钡、铅等金属元素的方法.按GB 8368-2005处理方法制备供试品溶液, 以45Sc、72Ge、103Rh、209Bi为内标, 结果表明6种金属元素在0~0.1 μg/mL度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9), 平均回收率在99.2%~107.0%之间(n=9, RSD≤2.8%).方法准确、灵敏、快速, 适用于一次性使用输液器中金属元素的溶出测定, 为标准完善、质量监督及相关风险评价提供了参考依据.

     

    Abstract: A method for the rapid determination of Cr, Cu, Cd, Sn, Ba and Pb in disposable infusion by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is established. The leaching solution was prepared according to GB 8368-2005. Elements were determined by ICP-MS with 45Sc, 72Ge, 103Rh and 209Bi as the internal standards. The results showed that the linearity was good for all elements in the range of 0~0.1 μg/mL (r=0.999 9). The recoveries of elements were between 99.2% and 107.0% (n=9, RSD≤2.8%). The method is sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the determination of elements in disposable fusion set. A reference for the standard improvement, quality supervision and risk assessment is provided.
