Abstract:
Perchlorates, a new pollutant in tea, is an increased public concern in recent years, and the corresponding detection techniques for perchlorate in tea are continuously strengthened. With reference to a large number of literatures at home and abroad, the detection methods for perchlorate in tea are mainly, ion chromatography(IC), ion chromatography-mass spectrometry (IC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS-MS). In this paper, the limitations and advantages of there different testing methods, were compared especially the different pretreatment methods, purification columns and detection chromatographic columns of LC-MS-MS. The research frontiers about perchlorate in tea detection technology were also prospected, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and new standards for the development of new materials for the detection of perchlorate in tea.
