基于FTO导电玻璃的碱性品红脱色研究

Study on Alkaline Magenta Decolorization Based on FTO Conductive Glass

  • 摘要: 研究了基于FTO导电玻璃的碱性品红电化学脱色工艺,考察了环境酸度、电解质种类与浓度、电解电压、碱性品红初始浓度等因素对碱性品红脱色率的影响.结果表明,控制电解电压为9 Ⅴ,对质量浓度为2.0 g/L氯化钠的碱性品红(0.03 g/L)溶液(pH 7.0)进行电化学降解20 min后,碱性品红的脱色率可达到92%.

     

    Abstract: The electrochemical decolorization process of basic fuchsine based on FTO conductive glass was studied. The effects of the environmental acidity, electrolyte type and concentration, electrolytic voltage, initial concentration of basic fuchsine on the decolorization rate of basic fuchsine were investigated. The results showed that when the control electrolytic voltage was 9 Ⅴ and the basic fuchsine solution (0.03 g/L, pH 7.0) containing 2.0 g/L sodium chloride was electrochemically degraded after 20 min, the decolorization rate of basic magenta could reach 92%.
