Abstract:
The electrochemical decolorization process of basic fuchsine based on FTO conductive glass was studied. The effects of the environmental acidity, electrolyte type and concentration, electrolytic voltage, initial concentration of basic fuchsine on the decolorization rate of basic fuchsine were investigated. The results showed that when the control electrolytic voltage was 9 Ⅴ and the basic fuchsine solution (0.03 g/L, pH 7.0) containing 2.0 g/L sodium chloride was electrochemically degraded after 20 min, the decolorization rate of basic magenta could reach 92%.
