Abstract:
A method for the simultaneous determination of Zn, Ni and Mn in phosphate solution by the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was set up. The supernatant of the on-site phosphate was directly diluted with HNO
3 of a volume fraction of 1%. Zn 206.200 nm, Ni 231.604 nm, and Mn 257.61 nm were selected as the analytical lines, and quantified by the standard curve method. The experimental results showed that the standard curve was linear and all the linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were over 0.999 5, The detection limits of the method were 0.003 μg/mL for Zn, 0.003 μg/mL for Ni and 0.006 μg/mL for Mn. The relative standard deviation (
RSD,
n=12) was less than 5%, the recoveries of the method were 92.4%~110.8%.The experimental results of this method were basically consistent with those of the atomic absorption method. The set-up the method is of good accuracy and precision, and can meet the requirements for the daily rapid detection.
